This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of the Hajj Mudharabah Indonesia saving Product on Customer Satisfaction (Case Study at Bank Syariah Indonesia Pandeglang Sub-Branch Office). Hajj Savings is one of the Hajj saving products available at independent Islamic bank, aimed at the process of carrrying out the pilgrimage. The theory used namely Kotler Keller and Donni Juni Priansa. The research used a quantitative approach. Bassed on the calculation of the coefficient of determination 0.458 or 45.8%. Which mean it shows that the variable quality of mabrur savings product has an effect of 45.8% on customer satification, the reamining 54.2% and resulting in a t-count value of 8.664 using a confidance level (a=10%) known t-table with a value of n=89 whice is 1.662. The t-count   value is greater than ttable so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This show that there is a positive and significant effect between Quality of mabrur savings products on customer satisfaction in Islamic banks Mandiri Pandeglang Sub-Branch Office.
