Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 di Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih mendalam tentang proses pengelolaan dana BOS di madrasah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana BOS di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Kota Tasikmalaya sangat bergantung pada faktor-faktor kemampuan organisasi, informasi, dukungan, dan pembagian potensi. Struktur organisasi yang jelas dan terdefinisi dengan baik, sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan terlatih, serta proses pengambilan keputusan yang transparan dan partisipatif merupakan elemen-elemen penting dalam pengelolaan dana BOS. Selain itu, ketersediaan data keuangan yang akurat dan terkini, sistem informasi manajemen yang efektif, program pelatihan bagi pengelola Dana BOS, serta mekanisme umpan balik dari stakeholder juga sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa dana BOS digunakan secara efisien dan transparan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund management policy in Public Elementary School 1, Tasikmalaya City. This study uses qualitative methods with data analysis techniques that include data collection, data reduction, data display, verification/drawing conclusions. Thus, this study can provide a deeper picture of the BOS fund management process in the madrasah. The results of the study show that the management of BOS funds in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1, Tasikmalaya City, is highly dependent on factors such as organizational capacity, information, support, and potential distribution. A clear and well-defined organizational

structure, competent and trained human resources, and a transparent and participatory decision-making process are important elements in the management of BOS funds. Furthermore, the availability of accurate and timely financial data, an effective management information system, training programmes for BOS fund managers and stakeholder feedback mechanisms are also very important to ensure that BOS funds are used efficiently and transparently.
